JAWS
Jaws is Steven Spielberg’s first big success. It was his third movie, released in 1975. Jaws is about a man eating shark. It is based on Peter Benchly’s bestselling book, under the same name. It contains the famous, acadamy award winning “Jaws theme,” composed by John William.

The movie was a huge success, and grossed over $470 million worldwide. At the time, it was considered a horror movie. Jaws’ cast consists of Roy Scheider, as the hero of the story, Martin Brody. Robert Shaw plays the loved character, Quint, and Richard Dreyfuss is Matt Hooper, the oceanographer who comes to help capture the shark.

The Godfather
The Godfather, directed by Francis Ford Coppola, is a treasured classic. It was made in 1972, and had two sequels, the Godfather Part II and the Godfather Part III. It is about a Mafia boss, Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando) whos innocent son, Michael (Al Pacino), gets involved in the bloody family business. Vito gets injured in a mob hit, letting Michael take over for the time being. The Godfather is an exciting, adventurous drama that will never be forgotten.

Star Wars
Star Wars was George Lucas' first movie. It was a huge hit at the time, grossing over 513.7 million world wide. It also had a re-release in 1997. Star Wars is about the good and evil of space. Its cast includes Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Carrie Fisher as Princess Leia, and James Earl Jones, as the vioce of Darth Vader. It starts with the famous: "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...." May the force be with you! .
