The Enola Gay super fortress boomer was the signal most complicated and expensive weapons. It was around during the World War 2. In WW2 nearly 4000 B-29`s were built for combat in the pacific with the Enoly Gay. The plane dropped the first atomic bomb over Hiroshima.
The B-29 Super fortress was commanded by Colonel Paul W. Tibet's that dropped the atomic bomb on August 6,1945. this plane has been on so many missions. this plane has flow to Japan, Wendover, North Field, Tinian, Nerbarask, Kwajalen and many more.
The Enola Gay was manufacturer by Boeing Aircraft Company. It's assembler was Glenn L. Martian Company, in Omaha, Nebraska. The Serial number of this plane was 44-86292. The plane is powered by four wright R-3350-57 cyclone with the horsepwoer of 2,200. A strolling speed of 125mph, and a Maximun speed of 360mph at 25,000 FT. this plane was able to hold 20,000 bombs with 10 crew members on it.
